Please Note: Early check in may require us to place your dog into a holding area until a room opens up. Any dog or cat needing a late check out must call the hotel staff for arrangements. Guests not picked up by the close of business, will have to be remain for the night at the normal nightly rate.

We reserve the right to deny admittance to pets lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior. We reserve the right to charge handling fees for excessively difficult or aggressive pets requiring additional staff and / or additional time in order that we may deliver proper care.. Minimum age for all services is 8 weeks.
Ambers can sell you, the customer, a Bordetella ($20) or DHLP ($30) for you to administer if needed.
Dogs: Rabies 1 or 3 year, DHLP, 1 year Bordetella, every 6 months Giardia recommended but not required.
Cats: Rabies 1 year FVRCP, 1 year FELV, recommended but not required
Puppy Vaccination Requirements:
8 weeks, DAAP (distemper/parvo, bordetella (canine cough))
12 weeks: DAPP-L Booster(All above + Lepto)
16 weeks: DAPP-L Booster (All above + 1 year rabies)
Ambers accepts puppies 8 weeks and above. We require all dogs to have an updated Bordetella every year for all the services.
All vaccinations record must be from a licensed veterinarian, Additionally we require that you maintain year round treatment for ticks and fleas in order to protect our resort from any contamination and thus protect all of the pets. We recommend tropical solutions such as advantage and Frontline. These products are also available for purchase at Ambers.
A deposit equal to one nite stay is required at time of booking for all boarding reservations, if canceled with in the proper time frame noted below, you will be fully refunded.
At Amber’s we are very careful and selective about who we accept, we need to make sure that every dog has had a assessment test to make sure they will get along with our other guests and they are friendly in nature, in the event your dog shows signs of aggressive or unmanageable behavior we are sorry but will not be able to take your pet. If your pet becomes aggressive or unmanageable during their stay, you will be required to pick up your pet.
Please give us a 24 hr notice to cancel reservations, Holiday will require a 72 hour notice or you will wave your deposit.
Who Can Come to Amber’s Luxury Pet Hotel & Spa?
We only accept friendly sociable dogs.
At Amber’s we are very careful and selective about who we accept, we need to make sure that every dog has had a assessment test to make sure they will get along with our other guests and they are friendly in nature, in the event your dog shows signs of aggressive or unmanageable behavior we may still take your dog, but your dog will not be allowed to play in the dog park. We are truly sorry if you wind up in this category.
To save time at check-in, please fill out the Lodging Agreement and Pet Profile below and submit them to us either by fax to 951.277.5265 or email along with all the necessary vaccination records. If you cannot fill out paperwork and submit before your reservation, please arrive at least 30 min. before your reserved time, in order to fill out all paperwork, Please note you will have to control and pick up after your pet during this time.
